Not recommended
Have had 3 cleans from 3 different sets of cleaners. First was good, though we paid for 5 hours and had 4.5 hours of cleaning provided. Had to request repeatedly for resolution to confirm that owing. 2nd two cleans, went down in quality. Clean #2, had to change days, with less than a days notice, this same cleaner then cancelled next week again with less than a days notice. The clean itself was brisk and the en-suite bathroom was barely touched. Clean # 3 as said above was cancelled and then I requested a substitute as the cancellation was given the evening before the cleaning again. #3 clean, en-suite bathroom pointed out needing specific cleaning that was missed last time… still not done and parts missed. Also, an oil based hardwood floor cleaning was used in the kitchen tile making it slippery after. Super confusing what I’m paying Diamond Home for, when after initial arrangement, I’ve been speaking to the cleaners about all of the above. Then, after telling Diamond I was going to look for other cleaners because managing the above was too much, I got no reply but a very passive aggressive invoice email with zero explanation. Sent Saturday at midnight. No communication since. I wouldn’t recommend them… and now wonder what I’m supposed to do with this invoice.
